At Research Operations within Microsoft, our team strived to give our researchers the utmost support to push the boundaries of user research. Our team believes in agile movement and innovation, so we often try to update our processes to uphold our efficiency. My role included program management, ux design, and graphic design. It was a small team with a startup environment, meaning everyone had to be creative and put on multiple roles.
As a PM, I grew our network by onboarding vendor companies to assist our operations. I managed these companies and implemented operational changes to improve our efficiency.
As a UX designer, I designed our internal tools to optimally assist both our user researchers and vendor users to reach their primary goals. I created a research portal and optimized both the client access and researcher access to best fit users journeys.
In addition to UX design and PM, I also created all of our visual design needs. This included creating logos, posters, presentations, newsletters, etc.
